It is found on Pages 84-85…
“One (interesting) case involved a 21-year old woman whose teeth appeared to be perfect - she had no cavities or fillings - but she complained of intense migraine headaches and of neck and back pains. X-ray revealed a wisdom tooth under the gum that was causing pressure from lack of space.
