Crimson TidBit - Heart Arrythmia or RACING HEART
If all is well, we don’t give our heart a second thought.
But what were to happen if everything weren’t normal?
Let’s say, your heart started racing and it wouldn’t slow down.
That happened to someone very close to us recently. His pulse went
to 160. That’s fast.
My normal (resting) heart rate is pretty much at 60 bpm.
The racing heart problem happened to me many, many times, in past
days. It was part and parcel with mercury poisoning. You see heart
tissue has a lot of nerve material in it. That nerve matter has a
high affinity for mercury.
Consequently, if you have had exposure to mercury (from an unknown
source or through “silver” amalgam fillings - go to www.iaomt.org
to view a mercury filling under mercury vapor lamp) - your heart
tissue may well have stored a lot of mercury.
Do you think that could mess with the signal instructions in your
heart muscle? I think it could. Furthermore, since I started
doing chelation, the occurrences of heart arrhythmia have become less
and less until today I almost never have to deal with it at all.
So what can you do for a racing heart?
Here are some things that have helped me:
1. Breath deeply. Force yourself to calm down. This is the type of
breathing where your chest cavity needs to raise and lower. I’d
refer to it as the antithesis of Lamaze breathing - which is likely
to make your heart race faster (in my humble opinion).
2. Put an ice pack on your forehead. This is amazing.
3. Go for a slow deliberate walk.
4. Take chelated magnesium. I chew a portion of a chelated
magnesium vitamin. This works for me in a matter of minutes.
The above tips have saved me innumerable trips to the hospital
emergency or urgent care. Before I knew these things,
my Urgent Care nurses got uptight with me because they considered
my situation an emergency and didn’t want to handle me.
On one occasion, they even had to give me drugs to bring my heart
rate down.
If you suffer, or know someone that suffers from irregular heart
beats, you (or they) might want to find a Doctor that can do a
little more than just prescribe medications.
You need a Doctor that can find the cause. That kind of Doctor
isn’t easy to find. He might need to be a Toxicologist as well as
a Nutritionist.
That is the opinion of one fellow (me) after going through more
difficulty than can be expressed with respect to suffering* and
recovering from ill health.
If you want a resource that will help you look deeper into the
mysteries as to why your body does or doesn’t behave a certain way
(or why you have certain ailments), the best book I can recommend
at this point is “The Key To Ultimate Health”.

*I suffered from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Irritable Bowel
Syndrome, severe and sudden allergies (including to the smell of
oranges), extreme heat intolerance (at 80 degrees fahrenheit I was
laid flat on my back unable to get up), extreme cold intolerance
(needed a jacket when others were in shorts and short sleeves),
severe food allergies (nearly to the point of death) and that’s
just to name a few of the problems I experienced.
